November 2006 ::

  • To finish off our local show season we attended the Moncton Kennel Club Shows and Maritime Group Seven Specialty held at the same venue. What a way to finish our show season.

    It was the first show for Paige, Lyricisle Braeworth Titlepaige as she turned 6 months just a few days before the show. Her first ring experience was in the MG7 Puppy Sweeps where from the junior puppy class Paige was awarded Best in Sweeps. Her best friend Ira, Ch Lyricisle's Ira Hayes had to settle for Best of Opposite in Sweeps to Paige.

  • Then onto the MG7 Veteran Sweeps where our beautiful Katie, MBISS MBIS MBPIS Ch Lyricisle's Kiss Me Kate CD was awarded Best Veteran in Sweeps. MG7 Specialty had great results for us with our beautiful Katie winning Best in Specialty from the Veteran's Class. It was a great heart warming win and one we will treasure forever. This is Katie's second of her multiple BISS wins from this class.

  • At the all breed show on Sunday, little Paige was awarded BW for 5 points and Ira was BOS, BPIB and onto BPIG. Our puppies really had a great weekend and to top it all off Katie our Veteran was BISS ......what a wonderful finish to a very successful show season. We were awarded Canadian Championships on 5 of our dogs....four as puppies and lots of exciting Puppy in Groups and Group Placements....and a Specialty win......

  • I had the pleasure of judging the Atlantic Puppy Awards and was thrilled to see such wonderful quality puppies. We had 4 puppies that qualified but passed on their entries when I was offered the judging opportunity.
